Lettering style selections
Please review your print style choice carefully, letters that can be confusing or not work well in certain combinations are highlighted in red. We do not recommend the script style lettering for names and sentences that are all capital letters, the block style lettering will work better. If our engraver feels that your choice will not work well, we will contact you.
Engraving is optional on the specified items
If you do not want the item engraved, leave the text box empty.
Engraving placement
Engraving will automatically be centered on the item.
Additional cost
The first 4 letters of your engraved lettering are free.
Additional engraving is priced per letter and will be shown in font style box.
For example, select "Roman: basic: 0.30" and the cost is 30 cents/letter for each than 4 letters.
Pairs or sets of itemsThe engraving calculator will calculate the price as you enter the information in and then add the engraving to the price of the item when it places it in your shopping cart.Price of item plus engraving from the calculator equals total price shown on order.
Items such as pairs of flutes, cake server sets, pen/pencil sets and other pairs or sets will have the same engraving done on each piece. The first four letters will still be free on the set, but the additional engraving price will be doubled to include engraving on both pieces. Read the description on each item carefully, it will tell you whether one or all pieces will be engraved the same. Special requests can be taken, but must be phoned in to customer service at 888-465-6614 during customer service hours. Mon-Fri 10am-6pm Mountain Time.
Check twice before submitting
Please enter the engraving text exactly as you want it to appear, with Capital and lowercase letters. Make sure you carefully re-check the spelling before submitting the order. If you make a mistake after you add to the cart, you must change the quanitity to zero, then update the cart, then re-order the item. Engraved items cannot be returned, so take the time to carefully check your spellling.
Correcting the text after the item is in the cart
You will need to delete the item from the cart and go back to the catalog page to add the item again.
