We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely pleased, simply contact High Country Gifts within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund. No refunds or returns on Webkinz. Engraved items are not returnable, please make sure that you have completely double checked your spelling and punctuation.
Returns
Please return the purchase in its original packaging and condition. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. All returns should be shipped to High Country Gifts, 2825 W. Main St. #2D, Bozeman, MT 59718. Returns will only be credited for the amount of the product order, shipping prices will not be refunded. If you received free shipping with your order and you return any or all of the items, the amount of the original shipping costs will be added to the order before the return is deducted. If you need to exchange the item, shipping costs will be added to the exhanged item. Be sure to insure your return package, we are not responsible for shipments lost in transit.
Damages
If your order is damaged when you receive it, please note the condition of the outside packaging first. If the outside packaging is in bad condition please make note of it with the UPS driver when receiving if possible. Please keep all packaging material and the original box and call us within 5 days of receiving the shipment. You will receiver further instructions at that time about replacements.
