The Shipping and Processing charge is designed to cover costs incurred by High Country Gifts for the services we provide that allow our customers the convenience of ordering from our website and receiving home-delivery of our products. These costs include expenses incurred in connection with: processing your order, packaging, shipping, receiving and processing orders occasionally returned to us and performing other support functions associated with these services.

As you shop our site, we give you an estimate of the shipping and processing charges for your order. We calculate this estimate based on shipment to addresses in the continental USA via the shipping option of your choice. At checkout, we calculate the final shipping and processing charges for your order based on the value of your order and how you tell us you want us to ship your order. These prices are calculated based on weight and distance by our shipping providers. Save on shipping by placing an order over $50 to receive free shipping.

Once your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number and information. Shipping times are calculated by the shipping company and do not account for processing time. If your order needs to be engraved please allow extra time for that to happen. We try to ship non-engraved orders within 2 business days. Upon receiving your order, please verify the contents immediately against the items marked as shipped on the front of this form. If you did not receive the correct item(s), received damaged merchandise or have a question about the status of items being shipped separately, please contact our Customer Service Department by email or call us at 800-853-3991.

Most items may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt. As you would expect, personal care items, intimates and footwear must be returned in original unworn condition. Please try on your footwear inside on a carpeted surface before wearing outdoors. Personalized items cannot be cancelled or returned. However, if your personalized item arrives damaged or contains an error, we will gladly send you a replacement.

Returns made for reasons other than damage, defect or our error must be returned postage prepaid. Please include a copy of your order or invoice along with the reason for the return.

If you don't have your packing slip, simply write us and tell us:

  • Your name, mailing address, and telephone number
  • Why you are returning the product
  • Indicate if you want to exchange the product for another color or size. Indicate the size and / or color you would like
  • Package the items and your letter and send them to us at the address below
